I’m a one person shop, and I appreciate you greatly. 
Orders will go out ASAP, but at least once weekly. You will receive shipping and tracking info at the earliest possibility. Every item is packed with care for you and the environment. Should there be an issue with any purchase made, it must be addressed within 7 days of arrival. 
If there is a physical issue, please photograph it and share with your initial request. Refunds may be denied simply for not wanting the item any longer. No refunds on commissions and custom work.
